titan 6gb

I bought a gtx titan 6gb from 2013, and have placed it into a system (i5 4460, 4gb ddr3, and corsair rm850x). The motherboard is msi h81i. It reaches the motherboard boot screen but gets stuck. Occasionally it can get into windows, but will blue screen with the message "video tdr failure" and...

Made a new build, only thing I kept was my old titan black, and my hard drives. I have a GIGABYTE x470 Ultra Gaming Motherboard, and switched from an intel to AMD CPU processor, if it matters. It turns on fine, the fan and lights on the titan start up, but the mobo keeps getting stuck on the VGA...
