    Question Scythe Mugen 5 Rev.B touching capacitor caps

    I picked up a new cpu (Ryzen 3600) and cooler and the mounting brackets are touching a line of mobo capacitor caps when fully screwed in. I just want to know if this is going to cause issues at all.

    Which mobo out of these 2?

    This decision separating me from my new pc. Which mobo should I go for? MSI B350 GAMING PRO CARBON or Gigabyte B350 GAMING 3? I want to do decent overclocke on R5 1600 and on future Zen CPUs. Also are RAM issues still present on these mobos?
