#trouble

Hello i have a question about i guess an issue i have my pc starts then turns off and then boots normally and works now im not sure why it boot cycles but its happening since i installed new ram i went from 2x8gb plain kingston sticks to 2 kits of 8gbx2 kingston fury rgb they are matching models...
