trust gaming

The audio from it sounds kinda robotic and i can barely hear myself. The louder i speak, the more you can hear it. The weird part is, the microphone sounds fine on my friends pc, and its also been working for the past 3-4 years normally. There had been no windows updates in the time it broke...

The software is very confusing and some things like the effect and performance options dont seem to work and I didnt get any help from the manual. Is the software just broken or do I have a bad version or what? Ill answer any questions.
