turbo fans

I built my pc 2 years ago and as of 2 days ago whenever I launched a game it would just give a black screen and the GPU fans would kick full speed. I was looking it up found it may be my gpu thermal paste, did all that took it apart repasted still didn’t work. My gpu and cpu run at proper temps...
