twin turbo m.2

I recently bought this motherboard and a stick of Intel Optane memory. I realize it says that it has 2 m.2 slots and I've never had a board with 2 m.2 slots on it. Is this best that I use 1 Intel Optane and an SSD for additional storage, 2 Intel Optane memory sticks or to just use SSD for...
