unallocated parition

So I have a 1Tb hard drive containing my games, media etc. and an 500Gb ssd which contains my windows. I want to get rid of the ssd on this system, the plan is to clone my ssd into a partition on my hard drive. Windows reinstallation isn't an option. So is there any kind of tool that I can use...

Okay, so I'm making the transition from Xbox to PC because I have more friends on PC. Now, that said, I want to build the best PC possible (or buy) in the $800 range. If you have any ideas of great PC's or Components in my price range please tell me. Thanks for any replies and have a nice day.
