    [SOLVED] XFX rx 5700 xt THICC III oc or uv?

    I've seen a lot of threads about the Radeon rx5700 xt having to be under volted due to heating issues and unstable frame rates. But there are people that are over clocking their 3rd party rx 5700 xt's. Can anyone clarify if I should be under volting or over clocking my card? Thanks
