unstable graphics

I m using AMD Athlon 3000g cpu on Asus Prime B450M-II motherboard with 8gb XPG ADATA GAMMIX DDR4 RAM. The time I change the desktop background or do anything that includes kind of graphic rendering, the system starts to freeze or becoming unstable. And it stops after I make active any minimised...
