upgrade with new ssd

i want to know if i can upgrade an old Acer Aspire E1-571-32344G32Maks laptop to an SSD, it's currently using a WD3200BPVT 320GB HDD mounted in a AMOHI000100 drive caddy. if it's possible, then what SSD should i buy or what SSD can i put in this old laptop ? thankyou for answers
