usb devices

Hello forum, I wasn't sure of the correct forum category to ask this and it may have a easy-ish fix. Whenever I start up Windows 11, my USB microphone and my USB headset are not working. As soon as I unplug these and plug them back in, they work fine. Is there a way these plugged in devices...
