usb mouse not working

I have flash drives; PNY, Adata, SanDisk and when I insert them in the back the wireless Mouse won't work - except the Adata which is .1 and all others are .2. They all work in the front. I this the OS as they all use to work? The board Asus z 390 seems to function with PNY. I have updated...

I have a Fierce PC mouse and it won’t work. When I plug the mouse into the pc the mouse LED flashes. The cursor also doesn’t show up on the screen. Does anyone know what’s wrong or how to fix it?
