I am looking to build a PC for my little brother that'll be good for esports titles that can reach 200+ fps. The games he plays are; DOTA2, LoL, CS:GO, Valorant, Crossfire. I'm looking for recommendation on CPU, MoBo, RAM-- even if they're used/2nd hand. Parts I already have: 144Hz VA monitor...
