video compressing

My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad 3 (15IIL05) Core i3 10th gen upto 3.4GHz and 8GB RAM. I'm using Premiere Pro and Handbrake. When I was rendering a video on Premiere Pro or compressing a video on Handbrake, my laptop is getting hot about 160°F to 175°F range. (and CPU usage is 100%) Is that okay to...
