    Can you see difference in video quallity between ~1000 kpbs bitrate (720p) and ~2000kbps bitrate (1080p) when viewing it on "40 display max (playback, not streaming) ?

    hi i have a question about when i go watch a video on youtube it sometimes randomly go to 720p with the auto quality mode on youtube and the same on twitch but some of the streamers i watch on twitch made so on there streams you can watch the streams in 900p60 and 1080p60 and 1080p60 on youtube...
