video super resolution

I’m having trouble getting RTX Video Super Resolution to work on chrome, Firstly the video super resolution (VSR) does work on edge and VLC (RTX build), but does not work on chrome for some reason. For reference I'm using 720p youtube videos. Chrome I’m using is on Version 123.0.6312.106...
