I use psu to run a air cooler which runs at 12v dc. and i somehow check my psu voltage with help of an electrician (he was having volt meter) the reading was 14 vdc. I run that cooler in morning with a solar panel, of 180w which runs perfect! it is of like 19.4-19.5vdc. But on psu it runs 2-3x...
