voltage to low

Hello, I have PC with CPU i7 4790K with Asus Z87-Expert motherboard. I didn't use it alsmost at all since 7 years (this PC belongs to my father who died). And now i wanted to use it and everything is working ok but I got receiving vCore to low - every few seconds. I got Warning every time...
