VR Ready PC

I was wondering how well a GTX 1070 ti handles VR, I’ve read that a GTX 1060 is the recommended minimum, that’s the GTX 1070 handles VR quite well, and the GTX is probably the best option without hitting prices of 1000 and up. But I haven’t found much info on the GTX 1070 ti. I would think it...

My point is if i purchase any VR ready pc will i be able to use any VR Headset like oculus or samsung gear vr. please suggest me the best. I will use it for gaming.

Currently I have an AMD FX 6300 and a GTX 960 graphics card. I also have a SSHD with 1TB and 24 GB of ram. I don't want to spend too much more on my pc, or I want to sell my parts as well. I don't know how to sell parts that well. Could somebody guide me as to how I would upgrade my pc in the...
