    My sister's pc is slow as **, and im going to format her pc. I dont know if i should install windows 10 or 7, and which version of it to install if 32 or 64 bit cpu; intel pentium dual core e2180 gpu: asus gts 450 2gb ram: 4gb (2x2gb) hdd: 500gb
