window popping

Recently i've noticed when playing RDR2 in windowed mode the window will dissapear and the reappear with the application sliding into the toolbar/taskbar (whatever it's called) as if it's just been opened. In fullscreen or windowless it goes black for a few seconds (I have two monitors, only the...
