I have a new Epson V600 Photo scanner and am running Windows 10 on a 1-year-old Dell Desktop. If I turn on the scanner I get an error message saying the scanner cannot communicate with the computer. After much fiddling, I discovered that if I turn OFF "Windows Imaging Acquisition" in Services...
