    Question Unable to run an installer for a specific program

    I'm trying to install a program but I get a message telling me "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to change the installation user interface option of the package to basic"

    graphics card touching capacitors on mobo.

    The graphics card which i want to buy (zotac nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti oc) will be touching capacitors on my mobo. It is also going to touch the heatsink .My motherboard is intel dh67vr it looks like this...
