wired headset

I've had the products for quite a while now. Products: FiiO USB DAC-E10, DT 990 Pro headset (I think Beyerdynamic). Sometimes headset audio only comes from the left-side. The right-side silent. I have 'mono audio' switched off. I've tried disabling/enabling the device. I've tried reinstalling...
