won't display

Hey all, The main issue i'm having trouble with is getting any monitor to show any display. I've recheck the 24pin, the 8pin by the cpu, and the "led" plugs they gave me thats hooked up to the power switch. I've tried reseeding the gpu into the 2 different pci ports it can fit into. I've...
