My Seagate ST1000DM003 HDD is showing up nowhere but diskpart. It's new and has literally nothing on it. I'm building a PC and downloaded Windows on an SSD. It showed up as one of the options to download onto when downloading windows. It doesn't even show up in the BIOS. Any tips? Thanks.
