x62 kraken

I recently got an NZXT Kraken X62 for my 10700k. The pump cap had 2 layers of plastic to peel, I don't fully understand why. The first one peeled off just fine, however, when I peeled the 2nd one, it kind of scratched the face of the pump. It doesn't exactly look like a scratch, but it won't go...

Hello community, Ive got issues with my NZXT Kraken X62, its kinda new ive got it for 1,5 month i guess. When i´ve installed it it was all great, ive set up speeds, temps, color, effects... and from yesterday my Fans are goin 100% and i cant even find settings of speed and effects in the app CAM...
