xeon 1275-v2

The system originally came with a i3-2120 and i've recently been planning on on turning it into somewhat of a sleeper build by using an intel xeon, but im wondering if it will support it or will i just have to buy a new motherboard or do a bios update etc etc... Motherboard serial or model...
