    Question How can I elimate stuttering in Youtube videos ?

    Hi guys, probably since I upgraded from Windows 8.1 x64 to Windows 10 PRO x64 I noted that i cant play YouTube Videos with more resolution than 480p. It stutter and i don't find any solution. I know that my setup es very basic but I don't need it for playing games, only for internet, office...
