z790 plus wifi

I have an i7-14700K + Z790 Plus WiFi motherboard. I was having 70-88 temps while gaming but after undervolting it is now 55- 68 max and it seems good but the core voltages are the same 1.3 - 1.4. It's a little bit less I think than it was before but it's still high. Is it safe for me to use...
