[SOLVED] £650 PC Build

Im looking for a PC Build around £650. I'd like it to be white and black with some RGB and be able to play rainbow six siege at at least 144fps on low settings. Also, has anyone got any recommendations on a 144hz, 1ms monitor that has a standard vesa (I think that's what they're called) mount in case i get a monitor arm for less thank £200. Thanks for the recommendations in advance.
