I'm trying to figure out what RAM to get for some light/moderate gaming, surfing, streaming.
GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3
Ryzen 3 1200(plan on OC)
EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GAMING
I was thinking about two 4G sticks, and have looked at the CVL for the mobo
-Would it be worth getting 2x 4G of 3200 RAM and OC?
-Or would I need more RAM to see any benefits of OC to 3200?
-Either way, the CVL for the mobo only shows 64G kits for the 3200 speed, so does that mean that if I get 4G sticks and have problems that they don't officially support that memory configuration?
-If so, is that worth the risk, or should I look for the 2666 ram which the CVL list has as low as 4 and 8G kits?
-And one other question about the gpu....are there amd and intel specific gpu's? Or are they interchangeable? If not, how do you konw which is which?
Thanks in advance!
