I will be using it for gaming mostly, but also run apps in the background like photoshop, spotify, google chrome, steam and also streaming from time to time. I want to play CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, GTA V, Forza Horizon 4 and other AAA games all at 1080p 144hz and maybe 1440p in the future. £1200 is my budget, but maybe i can push it to £1300 if i really need to. I am from the UK so i would want the currency of the parts to be in GBP (Great Britain Pound). I would also like it to either have a GTX 1080 or 2070. Thank you.

Do you need monitor, peripherals?

Ryzen would be the best choice for that budget.
