Hey all, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a motherboard + video card for my setup. I currently have an fx6300 and 4gb of Ram (DDR3). I would be happy if I could play AAA games on high settings with this budget. Thank you for reading this, and also the mobo can be either atx/micro atx as long as it has 1 Pci e-2 x16 slot.

I would recommend this one: MSI 970A-G43, Amazon 42GBP + shipping
(cheaper motherboards usually do not go above 1333 Mhz, which is kind of a pity...)
I know your CPU will work on it, but check for your RAM
For graphics, there is an msi 7770 with 1Gb of GDDR5 on Amazon at 72GBP

Including shipping, narrowly fits your budget...
Check for your PSU, but you should be fine it you got 450+Watt and ATX + a six pin power connector for graphics card.

Or if he does not want to give it to you, you may take a 750Ti instead of the 7770 and keep that psu... The 750ti will cost the same price as 7770+psu and provide more performance (as it is indeed more efficient...)

So I tested the 7770 with the cable (as by chance I found one in the loft) and it seemed to work as normal. But still I think Ill go for the 660ti because of the offer; seems rather great to be honest. For the motherboard I'll just use the one you mentioned before, as it fits my needs. The power supply will be easy to obtain as my brother said I can have his old one, but thanks for all the help, somehow I hope I can help you out in the future. :D
