£200 to spend on a GPU what would you recommend?

So I have £200 to spend and kind of thought going back over to NVIDIA would be a good idea. Although now alot of people are saying for that money the R9 380 4GB Strix would be the best one.

What do you guys think?

The R9 380X, or if you can find it, the R9 290. Both soundly trounce the 950 and 960.

Usually I would recommend the 380, but at the moment GTX 780s can be had for £200, which if your PSU can power it is a much higher performing card.

What would you recommend as a PSU for both the R9 380? I really am pushing my budget now as well. I was hoping to be able to spend £50 and go budget just for now on a PSU. My current won't run either card as limited to 1 PCIe connector.
