Need a top workstation for freelance business and want to take advantage of the situation by doubling it as a high end gaming rig. Going to be doing some high end photo and video editing with some 3D animation. but gaming-wise its for online FPS mainly - AAA titles. Have a new office/manroom to deck out so need some decent gear. Cash budget for the hardware is +/- £3000.

Need some advice on where i can best place my cash. I have come up with this: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/JpgbdX

It's a solid build but for the budget I would get this...

A custom white back plate for that gpu, maybe one with rgb if you want for 30 quid?
