£400 budget for gaming CPU and MOBO

So my mobo finally died and took my fx-8320 with it.

I'm looking for the best possible upgrade for my budget, I do plan on overclocking at some point in the future.

Current PSU is an EVGA Supernova G2 550W, current case is a Zalman Z11, current GPU is an NVIDIA GTX 650 ti (but I have a 970 coming soon)

So this is the best I could think of for my budget:
I5 6600k
Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU Fan
ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming

The annoying thing is, I only have 1 stick of ram, a vengeance 4gb, so i need to somehow fit in another stick of ram in this budget.

Help a guy out, I only have 2 days left to decide.

You will need a better cooler than the 212 evo to get a good, stable and cool overclock.

Not sure what grade is ur other stick, but if you match both with this mobo, you should be able to overclock just fine
