Do you have any parts or peripherals now? 400 would be tough to do with just a tower alone, including the monitor or peripherals would near impossible unless you can find one heck of a good used deal.

If you have a GPU then you could go with a ryzen 5 1600AF as they are cheap as hell(coming in at 85 usd)it's basically a cut down version of the 2600.If not go apu route.They can handle most games on low depends on ram though.
