[SOLVED] £400 rig for gaming and editing

My friend badly wants to have a PC using a Node 202 and he does not budge but he only wants to spend £400.

I tried coming up with a budget setup. Could you please have a look? He is fine with not playing on max settings but he wants to be able to play at least on High, so one below max. As a reference he said he wants to play Witcher 3 on High.
He'll play at 1080p and has a 60 Hz monitor. He already has a 500 GB SSD and does not need one.
He does some editing with images and video but only as a hobby

Yes, there is an option with an included PSU, but the £73 version you linked doesn't.
