If you want to overclock, you'll need a much better motherboard.

If you don't, you won't need that cooler, and a slightly better motherboard would be advisable anyway.

I'd get a better PSU as well - that OCZ one isn't great.

And fyi, that Windows 7 copy is a rip-off. It's a repair disc for a Dell PC - it won't work for you. NEVER buy Windows licenses from ebay - there are too many rip-off artists - just stick to known retailers like ebuyer/aria etc. It costs more, but you'll be getting an actual copy of Windows.

Bottom line is, these changes will push your budget up into the region of nearly £600, so you may be unable to make these changes, if you can't stretch your budget.

What type of windows 7 home premium will I need? Is it called OEM or something?

And also I don't want to overclock, so I don't need to have the cpu cooler? (I will be playing games like battlefield 4 on high settings)
