Is it possible to get a £500 PC and play Fallout 4 on max settings 60 fps? If so I would like to know a build to go for.

Not sure about how many US dollars that is but if you can spare close to $650 us dollars you can check out this build. It won't run at 60fps with max settings but you'll get good playable fps at medium to high settings (console quality)
this build also doesn't come with a disc drive and would require you to install and OS via USB thumb drive.
