£500 PC specs?

Hello community!
I have been helping a lot of my friends with specs recently, but they all have the same budget - £500. I have found some good features in this price bracket, but i just want some secondary reseach I guess.

So, the specs exclude an OS and they need an i5 3570k. They want to play bf4 - I know, but i guess they are willing to go to the £550 bracket. But we will see.

Any reason it needs to be an i5 3570K and not, say a, i5 4670K
