Maybe try to bump up the motherboard if you want decent audio and more ports, and also if you're planning to overclock. Still, pretty solid build overall though. Go for it. Don't forget to buy more fans.
P.S: You can get a Windows 10 Pro OEM License for 5quid on Ebay. 100% legit, I do this all the time.
Do you have any recommendations on motherboard and fans?
Really appreciate the help
Ideally, I would recommend this one:

or this one:

But it's 25-30quid more, so I don't know how that's gonna fare for you. Anything in between isn't something quite significant in terms of upgrade from the one you already picked so I'll let you decide.
Don't worry though, in terms of CPU performance, you will get the same performance regardless of each board you buy, it's mostly about the details (quality of capacitors, VRM, audio quality, number of ports, 3.1 gen USB, USB-C ports, RGB, overclocking, stability, build quality, m.2 ports, sata ports, and the list goes on...)
As for fans, I am a huge fan of the BeQuiet! fans as I don't feel good when my system gets loud. Psychologically I feel like something's wrong so I like to go for fans that are very quiet. Your case already comes with two 120mm fans for back and top exhaust so you just need another two 120mm or 140mm for the front of the case.

If it's out of your budget, I can recommend these ones:

They're not as good but they've got a PWM connection, which allows you to manually be able to set the strength of the fans depending on temperature so you can keep things quiet when your components are cool and then they can jump up for performance when needed.
