£600 build amd or intel

my budget is £650 just for the computer, I have all the other stuff, what do you think I should get and why?

You can either save a few bucks and get rid of the K model processor, or you need to upgrade to a Z87 board, the board you have now can't OC and the processor you have now is worse than a NON K if you dont' plan to OC.

With a budget, AMD is usually the best option as you won't get the best performance with Intel when under a budget.

If you can stretch an extra £50 you can get a better intel motherboard and a cpu cooler so you can overclock. Frankly though, you could do what I'm doing and wait for January sales. I've noticed alot of hardware prices increasing this last few weeks.
