£600 Gaming PC

As you probably gather from the thread title, I'm wanting to build a gaming PC for around £600. I've looked around at a few custom builds that look great for right around my budget, but they're all American and when I find the parts on UK Amazon for example, they seem to be much more expensive.

Requirements are pretty simple, I just want to be able to play most new titles on very good settings, max if possible. I will have money within the next year to upgrade parts so it needs to have some space for that. I'm not really bothered about an SSD, that isn't really imperative and could be my first upgrade.

It would be great if you could include a good enough monitor. I don't need an OS as I can get a student copy for £12.

The builds I've been looking at are centered around GTX 970's and 4690k processor, so if it's possible to get those on my rig that would be great.

Cheers guys.

Hey, This build I have created is a bit over budget but it will do you well in games. If you do want to lower the budget... check out this PSU http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/super-flower-power-supply-sf1000f14mpblack and see if it is trusted.. because I know this is meant to be a good PSU but at this price. I sense something fishy so I just went for the XFX 650w. Also the hyper 212 will allow basic overclock.

Solution
Thanks guys,

Am i right in saying the first build has a better processor but the second has a better graphics card. What would you say is more important?

Will this definitely be able to play the top games on max settings?
