£650 budget gaming pc help

Hi, I'm currently saving up for a pc for gaming and light video editing and photoshop/cinema 4d. I am willing to spend £650 (including OS) and want an AMD cpu and preferably a nvidia gpu. I will be buying this pc from a local shop who make custom pcs for no service charge and would really appreciate any help on what parts i should get. on a gtx950 you are going too have trouble getting anything over minimum setting's on the graphics with that

Sorry, I can not in good conscience recommend ANY AMD processor for a new gaming build today.
The cores are just too slow.

The GTX 950 is a decent budget card. Paired with an i3 6100, it would make for a nice budget rig. But as RARRAF has shown, you can do better, if you build it yourself. Mine has OS included, so I had to make some changes, but still a solid system.
