I managed to pick up an nitro rx 580 used for £80 they retail here in the UK for £170. However, I have just found out it’s a 4GB model. Will this be a detriment to my performance/graphic quality in games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare and rainbow six siege?
I’m not sure if the other specs matter but I have a Ryzen 5 2600 if that helps.

Solution
If your gaming at 1080P then the 4gb is fine. I had a RX 580 4gb for awhile and were playing newer AAA games on high-ish settings @2560x1080P and on average used about 3.5gb paired with the same CPU. It's a solid GPU for the price you go it for.

Thanks for the reply, Hope it works well. Side note but just out of curiosity can you run mismatched ram sticks in dual channel (maybe 8gb corsair at 2666 and crucial ballistix 8gb at 3200), I’ve tried googling it but can’t find anything.

Mixing memory may or may not work but with AMD Ryzen you want fast memory as it makes a big difference in gaming performance. At the very least buy a matching stick but even then there's a chance it won't work. Best bet is to buy a 2x8gb @3200mhz kit and sell your current memory.
