£800 Gaming PC budget

As the title says im looking to build/buy a gaming pc for £800 +/-
Would Ideally like an GTX 970 so its ideally future proof but an AMD card would do also. Been looking at overclocked I5s. I only normally play wow which id like to main a solid fps while on ultra with no issues and if room in the budget an SSD for load times.

Here you go, OS is included in the build. However if you do not need one you can remove it and add an SSD or something. I went with a black/white color theme which looks quite nice in my opinion.

That looks great and I guess is a self build, I appreciate the time man!
On some sites it said the GTX 970 isnt compatible with a 550 PSU, i guess this isnt the case!
