-Weaker cpu cooler, but still overclocks decently.
-Downgraded case, still a solid case for its price.
-Much, much, much better gpu. It can max anything at 1080p.
-Better quality psu.

Is the gtx 770 worth the extra money over the 660 ti?

It is extremely stronger. IMO, I would go for it because it will last longer (newer generation).
