£900 PC for Gaming/Streaming

I need a pc for gaming, capturing the gameplay and editing/rendering it. I edit around 3-4 videos a week, and would like to start livestreaming on twitch every month.
I currently have a laptop that is around 7 years old and is painfully slow!
I don't want go over the £900 budget by too much.

You may question the GPU choice but this will still run basically all games on medium-high settings and some games ultra (cs:go ect) but the money is spent where you need it for streaming, the cpu, ideal cpu for streaming trust me. Everything I tried my best with, the PSU I couldn't cheap out on because if you were to short out the whole components it would basically kill you so to be safe you need to get a very good quality psu.
